Plug your clean kitchen sink and fill part way with lukewarm water. Add in all the apples.
Wash apples with sink faucet and water in the prefilled sink. (Scrub with hands, no soap or scrubby)
Peel each apple and slice into one inch pieces
Add apples to the blender along with the other two ingredients
Allow to blend for twenty seconds (or eyeball consistency- looking for a watery texture)
Once the consistency is slightly watery (yet not like juice or water- it should still have some thickness to it) it’s ready.
Spray your drying mats with oil of choice.
Pour the liquid onto each mat until all are full and even.
Turn on dehydrator to fruit setting or most appropriate setting. If your’s has no settings just turn it on.
Let it go for the time your machine says or check on it periodically after the first six or seven hours. My machine took twelve hours to complete.
You know it is done when it does not come up in your finger when touched, and when it is easily peeled off the drying mats.
After this, cut into sections, roll them up, put plastic wrap around them, and freeze if you aren’t eating immediately.
